Who are we for:

• Early stage startups - perhaps you need to tell your story for fundraising, perhaps you have signals of fit and now need to develop and execute a deeper raodmap.
• Mid stage small companies - you need fractional product or design help to bridge capability, but not a full time team
• Innovation teams in engineering - You don’t need a full time PM, Designer, Evangelist. You do need a little PM, a little design, and a lot of stakeholder alignment to help next-generation initiatives ship. We supply a single team member who keeps this context over time. Sometimes its difficulat to get consistent support from the main product organization.

What do we do?

• Mentor and teach, hands on to help new or teams develop.
• We dig ditches with essentials: Deeper customer research to help hone in on product fit. Demos to get funding. Human computer interaction (to shipped code) to help tweak usability. Helping to focus the roadmap.
• Additionally we are entrepreneurs building out our own products and ideas.

Where we come from

Jeremy brings extensive experience in design, research, front end engineering, and product management for a number of startups and established companies, including his own. Most of the startups led within their categories and saw good exits: acquisition, IPO. He has particular experience with enterprise and b-c companies that make use of complex technology, from constraint-based expert systems, thru bayesian inference, ML and now agentic systems.

Priscilla brings a large company consumer focus, with extensive work with consumer electronics (Sony) and fintech (E*Trade) as well as work within the open source community. Her specialties are design, user research and program management.
